Scope of inspection

• The inspection is a close visual assessment of accessible areas of the vessel, including hull, deck, structure, propulsion, electrical and basic onboard systems. Hull, deck and structure were assessed by visual inspection and percussion testing only. 

• Areas that are concealed, inaccessible, or require dismantling were not inspected and no opinion is expressed on their condition. 

• This report records the observable structure and systems condition of the vessel on the date of inspection, for the purposes of purchase assessment and insurance consideration. 

• This is a structure and systems condition report and does not constitute a full marine survey. It represents observations & opinions only. No warranties or guarantees are made or implied regarding the condition or future performance of the vessel.
